Artorius marks 10-year anniversary with Lancashire investment manager acquisition
Deal extends North West presence, brings wealth advice to new clients with assets moving to BNY Pershing.
Manchester & London, 23 September 2025: Artorius, the independent wealth management firm, today announces the addition of four investment managers who bring £95 million in assets under management (AUM)1.
The deal extends Artorius’s presence in the North West, including the Lake District, reflecting its long-term strategy to provide bespoke wealth management services to entrepreneurial clients across the UK. The four investment managers, based in Lancashire’s Lune Valley, are Hugo Pring, Rachel Tilburn, Jane Conlin, and Adrian Williams.
Artorius, which has £1.8 billion under management1 and is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, is also announcing the completion of its migration to BNY Pershing – a move that makes integrating this acquisition a more streamlined process, with both firms’ assets custodied at Pershing.
As part of Artorius, new clients will benefit from a broader set of investment opportunities, enhanced reporting, and access to an experienced wealth planning team for those who need it. At a time of shifting government policy, these capabilities are more important than ever.
