About

Andrew Dixon

Before joining Artorius, I spent twelve years with the UK private banking arm of the French bank Société Générale (formerly SG Kleinwort Hambros Bank and SG Hambros Bank), and later with its acquirer, the Swiss bank UBP, where I led the UK and International Wealth Planning team.

My work has centred on supporting multi-jurisdictional families with a balanced and integrated perspective across governance and succession, investment management and cross border planning. I have also focused on helping business owners with pre and post exit planning — from building efficient cash flow to shaping long-term financial plans. I often collaborate closely with legal and tax advisors to establish onshore and offshore structures such as companies, partnerships, pensions, trusts, foundations, life insurance vehicles, and fund structures.

Earlier in my career, I worked within independent wealth managers and spent three years at Barclays Private Bank within their Wealth Planning Technical team and Global Insurance Proposition before moving into a wealth planning role.

I’m a Chartered Financial Planner and a member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners). Prior to a career in financial services, I worked as an engineer, which fostered a sense of curiosity. That curiosity now drives me to understand both people and complex technical ideas. I feel very fortunate to have a role that is intellectually challenging while also allowing me to build meaningful relationships with the families I work with—learning about their backgrounds, how they achieved success, and what matters most to them as they plan for the future.

Outside of work, I am a devoted family man who enjoys staying active outdoors generally through various sporting pursuits.
