Rachel Tilburn

I am an investment manager, based in Hornby, with over 20 years’ experience in the industry.

I started my career in the administration department of Border Asset Management gaining invaluable knowledge across all aspects of how an investment management company works. I undertook my professional qualifications to become an investment manager whilst at Border, which later became Sanlam after being taken over.

After leaving Sanlam I joined Gore Browne Investment Management for a few years before establishing Lunesdale Investment Managers with Jane, Hugo and Adrian, from where we all joined Artorius.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my dog up the fells and for holidays I enjoy exploring new countries on motorbikes with my family, the more remote the better. I adore all things nature; I particularly enjoy searching for rare orchids and insects in the Yorkshire Dales where I live and I am on the committee for the Yorkshire Branch of Butterfly Conservation, a charity doing great work for our butterflies and moths.
